A rare collection of Iranian ancient coins was donated to Astan-e Qods Razavi museum.9 Jan 2012
CHTN- '' Abdolhossein Zafarani donated a collection of exquisite coins to Astan-e Qods Razavi museum,'' director of stamps and bill department of Astan-e Qods Razavi Mohammad Hossein Yazdinejad said.
The coins comprises silver coins in ancient Iran, Sassanid era, copper coins minted in Mashhad in Safavid era, and Chinese ancient coins, he stressed.
There some number of coins belonging to I, II, and III Shapour, Pirouz, Khosrwo Parviz, he noted.
A collection of stamps have been donated to Astan-e Qods Razavi museum, he remarked.
