Taybad Taybad is located in the northeast of Khorasan Province. This area with an altitude of 600 to 1000 meters from the sea level and 4925 Sq Km is limited to Torbat-jam from the north, to the political boundaries of Afghanistan from the east and to Khaaf from the south, to Torbat -Heydarieh from the west and the southwest. The capital of this city is Taybad and according to the last country divisions, it has three districts: Central, Bakharz and Mian Velayat and consists of 4 cities: Taybad, Bakharz, Mashhad Rizeh, Kariz and 6 villages. The natural appearance of northern and southern part is mountainous such as Bakharz and Arzaneh and there are Farzaneh, Mohmmadabad, Sardab, Karizche and Dogharun plains in the southwest and the south.
